We’re pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Simply select your location at checkout, and our system will calculate the shipping costs for you.

Return or exchange

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. And customers are responsible for covering return shipping and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Please ensure that items are in their original condition, with tags attached, and packaging intact. Otherwise we will not refund nor exchange.

How Do I Know If My Order Went Through?

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

 

Once the product is shipped out we will update the tracking number with an email and you can also check the update in your account.

 

For made-to-order products, please check the lead time on the product page. Once the product is finished, we will notify you via email and ship it out.

 

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it or have any concerns, feel free to contact us through "get in touch page".

Can I Change My Order?

Unfortunately, customers cannot modify their order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

How To Use Gift Cards?

Using your gift card is simple! During checkout, enter the gift card code in the designated field, and the value will be applied to your purchase. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. Gift cards can be used on any product in our shop and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note, gift cards are non-refundable.

Yes, we provide order tracking for all shipped orders! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your shipment.
