Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@cestrainbow.com we may be able to add it.


*Please note: For orders shipped outside of Europe, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

How Do I Know If My Order Went Through?

Your order is confirmed once your payment is successfully processed and you’ve received a confirmation email from us. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us directly at contact@cestrainbow.com —we’re happy to help!

Can I Change My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order. Please note that any transaction fees charged by your bank during the refund process are non-refundable.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
Can I return or exchange my order?

For our customers in the European Union (EU), we can accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible:

  • Your item must be the same, unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be suitable for resale.

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 

*Please note: This policy applies only to orders delivered to addresses within the EU. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders outside the EU.

 

Important: For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. Failure to pay these fees resulting in lost or seized parcels will not qualify for a refund or reshipment.

What is your return policy?

Once your return application is approved by us, we will provide you the return address

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. First shipping costs and the refund shipping costs are non-refundable. And you are responsible for any related customs and taxes.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the returned product to reach us may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If lost we cannot proceed for the refund.

Yes, we do. Please go ahead to our Tracking Page and enter your details for tracking.

To complete your purchase, simply choose your preferred method at checkout. We accept:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Various other secure online payment methods

Do you offer customization?

Yes, for certain products I do offer customization. Please feel free to send me your requests and I will be in contact.

 

Customized products are not eligible for refund, exchange nor return.

How To Use Gift Cards?

We are currently working on our gift cards function. Once our gift cards function is enabled, we will put them in the shop.
